Cams Bay – Fareham Winter Wildlife Walk
Join our friendly rangers to see what wildlife we can spot around Cams Bay in Fareham.
This is a short and gentle walk with plenty of time to stop and enjoy the wonderful wildlife that can be seen around our coast over the winter time. Our rangers will be on hand to guide and show you the birds spotted along the way.
The walk is aimed at those who are new to, or less-experienced at bird watching. Families and children are welcome but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Bring binoculars if you have them but don’t worry if you don’t, you can enjoy views of the birds through the ranger’s telescopes.
Some of the species we might see include dark-bellied brent geese, wigeon, dunlin, oystercatcher, black-tailed godwit and greenshank.
All of our walks are free, but booking is required as places are limited so please register to reserve your place on our Eventbrite page
