Birds by the coast

Free online talk.

Aimed at beginner birdwatchers. 

  • Learn about some of the birds who call our coast their winter home
  • Find out about some of the incredible migrations birds make to get here
  • Improve your bird identification skills with tips and tricks
  • Become a ‘bird aware birdwatcher’ by learning about our coastal code and why it’s important for protecting wildlife

We will be using Zoom for this talk. Register to take part using Eventbrite – you will be emailed a Zoom link to join the talk when you’ve registered to take part. Check your junk folder for the email if you are struggling to locate it.

If you’ve not used Eventbrite before, you’ll find it quite easy to use. Click on the link, select ‘Register‘. You’ll then be asked to enter your first and last name and your email address. Unless you’re booking on behalf of someone else, your contact information and admission details will be the same. You’ll be emailed a registration booking confirmation. This will include the link for the Zoom meeting. Contact us at info@birdaware.org for more information.

You won’t need a Zoom account to join the meeting. However, if you’ve not used Zoom before, you may need to download a Zoom app for your computer or mobile device. You’ll be prompted to do so when you click on the Zoom link you’ll be emailed. Leave a little extra time to do this if you’ve not used Zoom before.
