How to Identify Me
A large black waterbird, cormorants have vibrant green eyes and hooked bill which helps them hunt for fish. The easiest way to spot a cormorant is by looking out for their unique pose with outstretched wings which they do to dry off their feathers.
How Can You Help Me?
Make sure you give them lots of space if you see them drying out their wings on high tide roosts or swimming in the seas hunting for food, especially if engaging in water sports.
Also ensure to keep your ears and eyes peeled for distress calls or birds becoming aware of your presence.
